How to cancel the Order?
If in any case, you want to cancel the order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order.
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
– If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
– If you did not receive the product, it will be eligible for a partial refund deducting the courier charges, and return charges applied by couriers, on actual.
Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do accept used returns if you are unhappy, and can send replacements for any damages but this is subject to photographic evidence of any product/damaged goods, if you have NOT got photographic evidence of any damages, we will not be accepting returns.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with the product or you have received the damaged product, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call customer care (9971532640) or email us at (support@darsperfume.com) mentioning your ORDER ID. We will replace the product without any additional cost.
